New players in fantasy football streaming: Justin Fields and up-and-coming running backs and tight ends

It's Week 4 of the fantasy football season and with all the injuries around the league as well as inconsistent point distribution at key positions, managers (like me) are looking for streaming options to improve their lineups.

There are some emerging talents at the running back position, including some rookies who are seeing an increase in volume and production. There are also several tight ends worth a look this week, but let's start with three quarterbacks who fit in deeper leagues.

The players listed below are candidates for deeper leagues, rostered in less than 50% of ESPN leagues entering the waiver period this week. While you may notice an overlap with Eric Moody's Waiver Wire column, which is published on Mondays, one important difference is that the options mentioned in that column are strictly for this week's matchups and are not based on the players' values for the rest of the season.

Quarterbacks

Justin Fields, Pittsburgh Steelers (24.1% in the squad; with the Colts)
