Geneva man arrested for violating protective order in domestic incident in San Francisco

A Geneva man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly violating a protective order during a domestic dispute, according to Seneca Falls Police.

Jordan T. Journell, 34, was taken into custody on September 24 after being accused of repeatedly contacting the victim without legitimate reason despite an active protective order between the two parties.

Journell is facing multiple charges, including first-degree criminal contempt, aggravated family offense and second-degree aggravated harassment. He was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and awaits central arraignment.

Authorities did not provide further details about the incident, but stressed the seriousness of the violation of protection orders.
