There are still a few days left until the end of the regular season and a few playoff spots are still up for grabs, but let's give some final ratings of the regular season teams. Some of these could change depending on who makes the playoffs and who doesn't, but with the majority of 2024 behind us, we can give a rating with a fair degree of certainty.

Teams are evaluated based on their preseason expectations, but also on criteria such as: Have they improved from last season? Have they shown positive development among young players? Did management's moves work out in the offseason or at the trade deadline?
