Beverly man arrested for breaking into motor vehicle in Wareham – Boston 25 News

Wareham, Massachusetts — WAREHAM – Last night, September 24, Wareham Police patrol officers arrested a Beverly man after he committed multiple burglaries in the area.

The Patrol Division had been investigating a series of burglaries in the Onset section of Wareham. Officers were able to obtain surveillance footage of the suspect and detectives were assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division to locate and identify the suspect.

Investigators found the suspect at the Onset Center, identified him and arrested Kristopher Foley, 36, of Beverly, Massachusetts. Foley was in possession of several stolen items linked to previous burglaries.

Foley had two previous arrest warrants issued by Lynn County District Court for similar offenses, including:

  • Trespassing
  • Break-in into a motor vehicle at night
  • Receiving stolen property under $1200

Foley was arraigned in Wareham District Court.
