Wife, husband and ex-wife charged with murder – CCN

Emily Sandlin (CCSO)

Emily Sandlin was charged with aiding and abetting the murder and disappearance of Shanna Perry in May.

Sandlin, 46, is being held on $10,000 bail. She is charged with uttering threats and aiding and abetting murder. Warrants say Sandlin knew her husband killed Lance Perry on May 1, but withheld that evidence. The warrant says she was not present at the murder. She was taken into custody around 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Lance Sandlin, 47, is being held without bail on charges of murder and failure to pay child support. The couple listed the same address in court documents: 4868 Delco Prosper Road. The warrant for Lance Sandlin's arrest shows he worked on the Battleship – Wilmington. He was taken into custody Monday night.

Sandlin's ex-wife, 46-year-old Lori Angel Flowers, was arrested early Tuesday on a charge of accessory after the fact. Flowers gave her address as 942 Livingston Chapel Road. Her bail was set at $100,000. She was taken into custody early Tuesday morning.

Arrest warrants indicate that Flowers helped cover up the murder and prevented Perry from receiving medical attention before her death.

Perry was pregnant when she disappeared from her Delco Propser Road home in May after leaving her youngest child with her mother. Arrest warrants do not say how Perry was killed.

A sheriff's report states that Perry allegedly attacked Flowers and Lance Sandlin when she found the two together in a car at 4868 Delco Prosper Road in 2023. Perry was charged with illegal possession of a weapon, assault and battery at gunpoint.

Officials, the State Bureau of Investigation and volunteers continue to search for Perry's body in the Delco area.
