MEDINA COUNTY, Texas – A driver was rescued from a burning and wrecked car after a head-on collision in Medina County Tuesday.

Shortly after 1 p.m., emergency crews were called to a serious accident on Potranco Road and FM 471N. The incident was described as a head-on collision with possible entrapment.
