Suspect who allegedly threw a box of French fries at his victim at McDonald's in Roxbury is wanted by police

BOSTON – Authorities are searching for a suspect who allegedly used a box of French fries as a weapon Monday afternoon.

Boston police said they were called to a McDonald's restaurant on Warren Street around 3:45 p.m. for a report of a serious assault.

Investigators determined that the suspect pictured had thrown a box of French fries at a victim.

The suspect is described as a stocky, 30-year-old black man wearing a black White Sox flat hat, a black Nike hoodie, black shorts and gray sneakers.

The facts and circumstances leading to the alleged attack are currently being investigated.
