Rochester man arrested on Ontario County warrant – Finger Lakes Daily News

A Rochester man was arrested Wednesday by the Ontario County Sheriff's Office on a warrant.

The arrest warrant for Philip Drumm was issued after he allegedly failed to appear in court on a charge of grand theft. Drumm was taken into custody without incident at the St. John Fisher Park and Ride.

Drumm was taken to the Ontario District Jail where he remained in custody pending an appearance in Ontario District Court at a later date.

The fact that a defendant is accused of a crime constitutes merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
