Four people arrested on various charges in northwest Arkansas

Elkins

Reza Ebadtabrizi, 38, of South Zuni Street in Denver, was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the intent to resell and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ebadtabrizi remained in the Washington County Detention Center Wednesday without bail set.

Siloam Springs

Carlos Alvarado, 27, of North Madison Street in Siloam Springs, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of stalking. Alvarado was being held in the Benton County Jail on Wednesday, with no bail set.

Springdale

Orlando Martinez-Perez, 26, of Storm Street in Springdale, was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance with intent to resell, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. Martinez-Perez remained in the Washington County Detention Center Wednesday with no bail set.

Washington County

Alisha Oszaniec, 35, of West Milliken Bend Street in Fayetteville, was arrested Tuesday on charges of forgery, identity fraud and theft by receiving stolen goods. Oszaniec remained in the Washington County Detention Center Wednesday because she was not required to post $5,000 bail.
