As previously reported, Olson was taken into custody in early September following an alleged incident involving a cement block and three juveniles.

The alleged incident occurred on Thursday, September 12, at 10:32 p.m., when Sioux City police were called to the parking lot of an abandoned building on Nebraska Street after a man threw a cement block at the windshield of a car, shattering it.
