Albuquerque city employee arrested for altercation in restaurant

A city employee has been arrested on multiple charges for his role stemming from an incident at a restaurant.Alfred Flores and three others got into a physical altercation with two people at the Frontier Restaurant on Central Avenue, according to court records. The victims were leaving the restaurant just as they were entering.Your Neighborhood: Local News from KOAT Action 7 NewsCourt records show a woman with Flores attempted to steal a purse, but failed when another victim intervened. Flores is accused of choking one of the victims unconscious, after which he was kicked.The man suffered multiple injuries, including to his face and upper body. The other victim suffered a concussion and required stitches. Court records also show law enforcement was shown video evidence of the altercation.Flores has been released from custody.
