Mansfield shooting: Second suspect arrested in connection with murder of 17-year-old

MANSFIELD, Texas – Mansfield police have arrested a second suspect in the murder of a 17-year-old.

Julious Rogers was found with gunshot wounds on the side of Cutting Horse Drive last Thursday afternoon.

Neighbors tried to resuscitate him, but he did not survive. He died in hospital.

The following day, police arrested 21-year-old Elijah Hatton after a confrontation with a SWAT team at an East Dallas apartment complex.

On Wednesday they also arrested 19-year-old Michael Spencer.

Both men are now accused of murder.

The police have not yet released any information about the circumstances of the shooting.

There is no information about the motive or whether the victim knew the suspects.
