Waterford woman jailed after fatal crash with drunk motorcyclist – The Oakland Press

A Waterford Township woman has been sentenced to prison for killing a motorcyclist in a drunken crash in Pontiac.

Jessica Lenore Kellar, 31, was sentenced Wednesday to 30 months – 15 years in prison – for the Sept. 15, 2023, crash that killed 70-year-old Kirt Stalker of White Lake Township. Kellar was also sentenced to 180 days in jail for driving while under the influence of alcohol with a passenger under 16 because a 15-year-old child was in the car with her at the time of the crash. She received credit for five days served in jail.

Kellar was sentenced by Oakland County District Judge Mary Ellen Brennan. She pleaded guilty to the charge last month.
