Cattle truck driver arrested after incident of road rage | KLIN

A horrific ordeal for a Lincoln man and his young daughter Wednesday morning. Lancaster County Sheriff's Deputy Ben Houchin said they were involved in a DUI incident involving a semi-trailer hauling livestock near Highway 77 and Saltillo Road.

“The driver of the semi-truck pointed a teal handgun at him and his one-year-old daughter while driving,” Houchin said. “This caused him to fear for his life.” Officers were able to stop the semi-truck a short time later on Highway 77 and West 'O' Street and found a teal handgun in the back pocket of the driver's seat.

Nathan Dorries, 30, of Fremont, was arrested for terroristic threats, possession of a firearm by a non-criminal person and use of a firearm to commit a crime. Houchin says it was reported that

Houchin says the road rage incident appears to have been caused by the victim cutting into the right-of-way of the semi-trailer.
