Haley Cavinder celebrates her first year with the Cowboys' Jake Ferguson

Haley Cavinder and Jake Ferguson are strong.

The Miami Hurricanes guard and the Cowboys tight end recently celebrated a year together, she shared on Instagram.

“A year with Ferg,” Cavinder, 23, wrote, including a collage of photos with the couple.

Cavinder and Ferguson were first linked in September 2023 when fans on social media noticed she was wearing Dallas gear, including his number 87 jersey.

Ferguson, who earned his first Pro Bowl selection last season, commented: “My goodness [heart]” with a red heart emoji.

A snapshot showed them kissing on the sidelines at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

Haley previously explained in a question-and-answer session with her twin sister Hanna – who is dating Georgia quarterback Carson Beck – that she met Ferguson through social media.

“He DM’d me,” she said of the former Wisconsin star and 2022 fourth-round NFL draft pick. “He likes to say I DM’d him, but I didn’t.

“I was in Fort Lauderdale at the time. He also has an apartment in Florida and we went on a date and then somehow met – and then hung out for 10 days straight.”

Cavinder and Ferguson celebrated a year together before the Cowboys face the Giants on “Thursday Night Football” at MetLife Stadium.

Both teams are off to a 1-2 start to the season.

Ferguson could reach a nice Cowboys milestone if he gets a single reception against the Giants, reaching 100 catches in his career.

He enters Week 4 with 99 catches in 35 career games.

Former Dallas tight end Jason Witten is the only other tight end in team history to record 100 catches in his first 36 games.

Ferguson finished Week 3 with six passes for 95 yards in a 28-25 loss to the Ravens.

He suffered a knee injury in the Cowboys' Week 1 win over Cleveland, sidelining him for the Week 2 loss to the Saints.

Haley – who joined her sister Hanna as top-zero earners – could attend the game at MetLife since her season with the Hurricanes doesn't begin until November.

The couple made headlines earlier this month when Cavinder showed off what appeared to be a tattoo of her initials “HC” on Ferguson's right ring finger in a video posted to her TikTok.
