PRICE – Five people were killed in a serious accident between two passenger cars, a semi-trailer and an off-road vehicle on Thursday afternoon.

According to the Utah Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on US 6 at milepost 235 and left one lane open to both directions for several hours.

According to UHP, the accident killed the four occupants of the Nissan and the driver of the ATV. The driver of the silver SUV was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
