Newark man accused of possessing stolen chainsaw – Finger Lakes Daily News

A Newark man was arrested for criminal possession of stolen property.

It is alleged that on June 6, Dawson Peeso was in possession of a Husqvarna 350 Rancher II chainsaw that had been reported stolen several days earlier. Dawson turned himself in to Newark police.

Peeso was processed and released on a Village of Newark Court appearance ticket.

The fact that a defendant is accused of a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
