Lana Del Rey marries alligator tour guide Jeremy Dufrene: report

• Lana Del Rey and her boyfriend Jeremy Dufrene reportedly got married on Thursday, September 26, according to photos obtained by British newspaper The Daily Mail.
• The couple was photographed hand in hand in Des Allemandes, Louisiana, with Del Rey wearing a white dress and Dufrene wearing a dark suit. Tents with chairs and tables as well as guests in formal attire were also spotted at the site.
• The couple received a marriage license in Louisiana on September 23, PEOPLE previously reported.

Lana Del Rey and Jeremy Dufrene have reportedly tied the knot.

Del Rey, 39, and Dufrene exchanged “I do's” on Thursday, September 26, in Des Allemandes, Louisiana, on the public bayou where he works as a captain at Arthur's Air Boat Tours, according to photos obtained by the British newspaper The received Daily Mail.

The report comes after PEOPLE confirmed that the couple received a marriage license from the Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court in Louisiana on September 23. After they received the marriage certificate, they had 30 days from the date of their marriage proposal.

In the photos published by the Daily MailThe singer wore a floor-length white dress with a ruffled scoop neckline and had her hair tied back with a light blue ribbon that fell in curls over her left shoulder.

In several photos and a video from the outlet, Del Rey also walked hand-in-hand with Dufrene, who wore a dark suit, white shirt and sleek brown shoes, as they passed several white tents full of chairs and tables set up by the outlet had been on the water. A tent appeared to have been used for the ceremony as there were chairs lined up in rows facing one end of the building.

Elsewhere, tables and chairs were set up outside on the grass and under another tent, seemingly for a reception dinner, while guests in suits, dresses and other formal wear mingled in the harbor. There was even a boat nearby, decorated with greenery and white flowers, apparently for Del Rey and Dufrene's wedding.

The singer's siblings, Caroline Grant and Charlie Hill-Grant, were also in attendance Daily Mailalthough there were no photos of Del Rey's mother Patricia Hill.

Representatives for Del Rey did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

Although the couple hasn't been together publicly for long, their wedding is set to take place several years after the “Summertime Sadness” singer first met the Louisiana ship captain. Del Rey first shared photos with Dufrene on Facebook in 2019 after she went on one of his wildlife tours.

“Jeremy let me be captain at Arthur's Air Boat Tours,” she captioned a series of pictures on Facebook.

The Grammy-nominated artist recently sparked rumors of a relationship between her and Dufrene in May 2024 when she tagged him in an Instagram post and seemingly referred to him as her “guy.”

She captioned the photo, which featured the singer and her two siblings: “Family with my husband @jeremy.dufrene @codyjay.”

Then, in August 2024, a TikTok user shared a short video of the singer walking hand-in-hand with a Dufrene at the Leeds Festival in England, where Del Rey was performing.

However, that is Born to Die The singer only confirmed their relationship in September.

On September 7, Del Rey made his romance public when the couple attended model Karen Elson's wedding to Electric Lady Studios owner Lee Foster in New York City and was joined by other celebrity guests including Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce and Karlie Kloss and Linda Evangelista.
At the event, Del Rey and Dufrene were photographed holding hands while wearing matching blue ensembles.

Dufrene is the father of two daughters and a son from a previous relationship, while Del Rey has not been married before. According to a biography on the Arthur's Airboat Tours website, Dufrene had previously worked seven days a week at a chemical plant before giving that up to get his captain's license, a job he said he was “well suited for.”
