The crash occurred on September 22nd at around 6:30 p.m. at 4400 Gateway East.

When investigators responded, the initial investigation revealed that a 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe was being driven by 46-year-old Dominic Maldonado on Gateway East while Bustamante was also driving behind Maldonado in the same lane.

Maldonado drove straight into the next lane to avoid being hit by the motorcycle.

However, his vehicle was hit in the rear left corner, throwing the motorcyclist from his bike.

Bustamante was taken to the hospital, where he died.

Police officials said speed was likely a contributing factor in Bustamante's name.

This is the 46th traffic fatality this year, compared to 55 at the same time last year.
