The third co-defendant, accused of an attempted murder in Baltimore City's Glen neighborhood last year, pleaded guilty to second-degree assault on Sept. 27 before District Court Judge Jennifer B. Schiffer.

Dominick Graham, 37, of Baltimore, appeared in court with his defense attorney, Andrea Jaskulsky. Prosecutors offered Graham a sentence of 10 years in prison with all but three years suspended and five years of supervised probation, in addition to $800 in restitution, which the defendant accepted.

Graham and his co-defendants, 38-year-old Sierra Hansley and 33-year-old Bianca Medley-Palmer, were originally charged with attempted murder, assault, robbery and other related charges stemming from the Sept. 9, 2023 incident in the 3900 block of Fords Lane. Court documents indicate that the victim, Graham's girlfriend, was on the phone when she realized the defendant was using a phone location feature to determine her location.

A short time later, the three co-defendants arrived at Fords Lane, where Graham pushed the victim and took her phone as she tried to call Baltimore police. Hansley then punched the victim, hit her with a stick and threatened to stab her before getting a handgun from Medley-Palmer's car and shooting the victim.

Medley-Palmer was later identified as the driver the night of the shooting.

On July 16, Hansley pleaded guilty to 25 years in prison (excluding 10 years of probation) for first-degree assault, and concurrently to five years for use of a firearm during a felony or violent crime, and five years for supervised probation. Bianca Medley-Palmer pleaded guilty the same day to conspiracy to commit second-degree assault for 10 years, suspended all but time served, two years of supervised probation and paid $1,100 in restitution.
