3 Trailblazers fight for the last spot in the squad in training camp

On paper, three Portland Trail Blazers enter the team's training camp next week battling for the 15th and final spot on the club's standard roster.

Fourth-year small forward Dalano Banton receives a partially guaranteed veteran minimum contract worth $2.2 million, of which only $217,533 is guaranteed. Veteran point guard Devonte' Graham and swingman Henri Drell both have non-guaranteed contracts.

This performance is Banton's loser. Portland traded the 6-foot-9 prospect from the Boston Celtics along with cash for a sure-fire future second-round draft pick. Banton enjoyed his most productive run in the NBA to date during his 30 games (eight starts) with the Trail Blazers, averaging 16.7 points on .408/.311/.780 shooting splits, 4.8 receptions, 3.6 Assists, 0.9 steals and 0.6 blocks a night.
