Sydney Swans vs Brisbane Lions Katy Perry, Scores, Results, Fixtures, Teams, Tips, Matches, How to Watch; Joe Daniher's future is shrouded in mystery

Don't let the scoreboard fool you. The lead is only eight points, but the Lions are clearly at the top.

Charlie Cameron's goal just before the half-time break gave the Lions better return for their performance.

Chris Fagan will be delighted with how the game played. The glaring stats are Brisbane's 45 points and their 84 uncontested possessions compared to Sydney's 46.

This allowed the Lions to control the ball and prevented the Swans from applying pressure during turnovers to increase their scoring.

Some of the deliveries from Sydney within 50 were terrible. Luke Parker is tasked with suppressing Harris Andrews, whose intercept mark sparks much of their counter-attack, but the Swans don't give him a chance to complete his task.

He might as well have one hand tied behind his back. For Brisbane, the midfield with Lachie Neale, Hugh McCluggage, Jarrod Berry and Will Ashcroft is clearly at the top.

Charlie Cameron keeps appearing in dangerous places, higher than expected.
