Penn Yan woman accused of driving on suspended license – Finger Lakes Daily News

A 23-year-old resident was arrested during a traffic stop on South Avenue in the Village of Penn Yan.

A registration check of the car Keasha Young was driving revealed her driver's license was revoked after she allegedly failed to comply with a Canandaigua Municipal Court summons on July 5.

Young was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and released with an appearance ticket in Penn Yan Village Court.

The fact that a defendant is accused of a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
