Hector man accused of driving with suspended license – Finger Lakes Daily News

A Schuyler County man will appear in Penn Yan Court at a later date following a traffic stop in the village.

Ryan Girgis, 40, of Hector, was seen driving on Brown Street while his New York State driver's license was reportedly suspended. During the traffic stop, it was also discovered that the registration of the car Girgis was driving was also suspended.

Girgis was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle

The fact that a defendant is accused of a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
