Rapper Diddy is facing a new sexual assault lawsuit, accusing him of raping and impregnating a former model

Sean “Diddy” Combs faces new sexual assault charges as he remains incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

According to Deadline, the Grammy-winning artist is accused in a new lawsuit in New York City of drugging, raping and intimidating a former model over several years beginning in 2021.

The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, claims Combs impregnated her, and although staff pressured her to have an abortion, she ultimately suffered a miscarriage.

The lawsuit describes a disturbing pattern of behavior and alleges that Combs forced the plaintiff to use ketamine and alcohol while subjecting her to sexual encounters with other people.

The allegations echo claims made by nearly a dozen other people since Cassie Ventura, Diddy's ex-girlfriend, publicly accused him of similar misconduct in November 2020.

According to Deadline, Jane Doe reported that after encounters with Combs she woke up with bruises and injuries and often couldn't remember how she got them.

The plaintiff, represented by attorney Joseph L. Ciaccio of the Napoli Shkolnik personal injury practice, is reportedly seeking unspecified damages.

This lawsuit follows another recently filed lawsuit by Thalia Graves, who claims she was raped by Combs and a bodyguard in 2001 and claims that footage of the incident has been sold over the years.

Combs was arrested at a Manhattan hotel on September 16 and faces charges including sex trafficking and racketeering. If convicted, he could face life in prison.

Despite the mounting allegations, Combs has denied most of the claims and has pleaded not guilty in the Justice Department case.

As the investigation continues, statements from a male sex worker regarding Combs' alleged activities have emerged, potentially leading to additional charges.

Houston attorney Tony Buzbee has announced that his firm is now leading the effort to resolve over fifty people who have reportedly suffered sexual abuse at the hands of Combs, suggesting more lawsuits could be filed.

Combs is currently being denied release on a $50 million bond and a trial date in the federal case has reportedly not yet been set.
