UFC parent company TKO Group Holdings announced the proposed new settlement in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. TKO is part of the Endeavor Group. The settlement in a U.S. court in Nevada, which requires the judge's approval, would resolve one of two major class-action lawsuits against the UFC alleging it cut wages in violation of U.S. antitrust law. The agreement covers fighters who took part in fights between 2010 and 2017. The other pending case involves fighters from 2017 to the present.
