Driver arrested for drunk driving after Sacramento fire truck crash

A driver was arrested for drunken driving after he was involved in a crash with a Sacramento fire truck Friday night, police said.

According to Sacramento police, the accident occurred near Pell Drive and Main Avenue in North Sacramento just before 7 p.m.

According to police, the driver of the vehicle, who was suspected of being drunk, was taken to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

The firefighters were not injured in the crash, officials said.
