“We have to rotate” – Hansi Flick explains Barcelona’s changes against Osasuna

Barcelona coach Hansi Flick said he had no choice but to change his team after making changes to his starting XI for Saturday's game against Osasuna.

The German left Lamine Yamal, Inigo Martinez and Raphinha on the bench for the game and put Pau Victor, Gerard Martin and Sergi Dominguez in the starting eleven.

It's a bold move from Flick, but he says his players really need a break.

“The feeling is good but we have to rotate, there are a lot of games, Iñigo, Lamine and Raphinha have played a lot of minutes and need a break,” he told Movistar.

“It is true that in defense we only have one experienced player (Koundé), but we will see what happens, in training it is a pleasure to watch these players.

“El Sadar? I was told that the atmosphere in the stadium is great and we know Osasuna are putting a lot of pressure on them.”

Barcelona come into this game hoping to continue their perfect start to the season with their eighth straight win in the league.
