3 dead in crash on Highway 99 in Sutter County

A crash on Highway 99 in Sutter County killed three people Saturday, the California Highway Patrol said. According to CHP, the two-vehicle accident occurred near Tudor Road in Tudor around 11:40 a.m. Caltrans said northbound Highway 99 was closed at Tudor Road. There was no expected opening time.
