Sources – Decision on the playing time of Utah QB Cam Rising against Arizona

The Utah Quarterback Cam Rising, which has been plagued by injuries in the past two years, is expected to make a season decision again on Saturday evening against Arizona, said sources to ESPN.

Rising missed the last two games of Utah No. 10 after suffering an injury to the litter on September 7 against Baylor. He missed the entire last season after a cruciate ligament tear in the Rose Bowl after the 2022 season.

The status of Rising is subjected to the same evaluation process with the Utah employees as before the Oklahoma State game last week. He will throw the ball before the game, and his ability to give the ball spin and speed will, according to sources, decide whether he will play.

Since rising tries to recover and get back on the field, a factor that could influence the decision could be the chance to get it completely healthy in two weeks. Utah has a freewyle before playing in Arizona State on October 11th.

Rising practiced this week, but remained restricted because the staff tried to protect his finger.

The newcomer Isaac Wilson has started in the past two weeks and led the utes to win over Utah State in Logan and in still water against the cowboys.

Wilson has shown both promising moments as well as moments that illuminated his youth. He threw 207 yards at 17 out of 29 passes against Oklahoma State. He also threw two interceptions. He threw three touchdowns and 239 yards against Utah State.
