Jay-Z and Diddy's other friends could face subpoenas

Federal officials arrested hip-hop mogul Sean “P. Diddy” Combs charged in September 2024 with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of engaging in prostitution. In March 2024, Homeland Security searched two of Combs' properties, which ultimately led to his arrest. Now a former prosecutor suspects that some of Combs' famous friends will face subpoenas.

Sean “P. “Diddy” Combs faces serious charges that could see him sentenced to anywhere from 15 years to life in prison. He pleaded not guilty to the charges against him, which included racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. His alleged “freak-offs” are the focus of the trial. According to prosecutors, Combs performed forced sexual acts, which he recorded.
