A union in France has called on workers at Ubisoft France to go on strike

STJV assumed that this arrangement would result in some colleagues losing their jobs because they have adapted to the current remote work style, which has worked perfectly for the past five years and has allowed employees to “do their “Life (Family)” to build or rebuild “life, housing, parenthood, etc.)”

The union called on the workers to strike, not only because of such an arbitrary demand, but also because negotiations over the profit-sharing policy were not going well. The union believed that “the timing of the negotiations was appalling and management was deaf to the suggestions of the various employee representatives”. This prompted the union to immediately announce a strike call.

They also listed the demands in the statement, including the possibility for employees to freely choose their monthly working days in the office, a salary increase with “restoration of profit sharing at a target of 60%” and a commitment from that the company really responds to the Hear the opinion of his employees.
