Taylor Swift skips second straight Chiefs game as she fails to show up at SoFi to watch boyfriend Travis Kelce struggle… one day after 'breakup date' in leaked 'contract'

Taylor Swift didn't show up at SoFi Stadium to cheer on her boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Chiefs.

Swift, who attended the first two Chiefs games of the season at Arrowhead Stadium, also did not travel to Atlanta for Kansas City's win over the Falcons last week.

And her absence from Los Angeles comes a day after the supposed “separation date” in a supposedly leaked “contract” about her and Kelce's relationship, which suggests they were set to split on September 28. The contract is believed to be fake.

The alleged document, which was shared online this month, detailed a plan to release an official statement about their split at the end of the month.

It seemed like it was written by Kelce's PR company, but the tight end team quickly called it “completely false and made up.”

It added that the announcement would be “gracious and respectful and emphasize mutual respect.”

They lay out the contents of the statement, writing: “Example: Travis and Taylor have decided, after careful consideration, to separate.” They both value and respect each other's private lives and appreciate your respect for privacy during this time.

“They are both committed to their careers and personal growth. They remain friends and wish each other the best.”

However, Travis' team has since branded the contract “completely false and fabricated” and claimed they had hired lawyers to find out who was responsible for the “unlawful and damaging document forgery.”

Despite the denials, fans are waiting with bated breath to see the couple back together for the first time since their relationship was rumored to have ended.

While the singer was also absent from Mercedes-Benz Stadium last week, many of her fans – and the NFL world – had expected her presence in the City of Angels this week.

It's been a tough start to the season so far for the tight end, with just eight total catches for 69 yards in the first three games.

However, he managed to cope with the absence of his pop star girlfriend in Los Angeles and set a new franchise record.

In the first quarter of the Chiefs' visit to Inglewood, the tight end recorded his 917th reception in the red and white. The feat broke Tony Gonzalez's record of 916 catches.

In addition to his new receiving record, Kelce holds the most receiving touchdowns, receptions, receiving yards and scrimmage yards for the Chiefs in the postseason. The tight end has 19 receiving touchdowns, 165 receptions, 1,903 receiving yards and 1,910 scrimmage yards in the playoffs.

Kelce rewarded Andy Reid's confidence after the Chiefs head coach defended his tight end this week amid its slow start.

“I know people say he's old or distracted, but the defense doesn't believe that,” Reid said of Kelce on Wednesday. “Trav is fine. He just stays Trav. He works his tail off.

“He hasn’t lost a step.” He’s not distracted. (Defense) are making sure he's taken care of.'

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes made a similar argument about his longtime teammate after the Falcons win.

“I mean the respect factor.” [defenses] “For Travis to have it is still unrealistic and it’s well-deserved,” Mahomes said. “We call a lot of plays for Travis and it’s like two or three people go to him.”

“He understands. That's the great thing about him. He wants to have an impact on the game, but at the end of the day he wants to win.

“I’m going to do my best to continue to provide him with the ball whenever he’s there, whenever he’s open.”
