2 days agoBaltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers has been one of the most targeted pass catchers in the NFL for three weeks, yet he plays as the WR31 in half-PPR formats. He was targeted 25 times, good for 13th among all pass catchers. The problem is that his yards per target (5.9), yards per game (49.3) and catch percentage (64.0) are all lower than his totals from last year. Yes, it's a small sample size, but he's on pace to reach nearly 40 more goals than he did last season. Now he faces the Buffalo Bills, who have one of the better pass defenses in the league so far. They have allowed just 8.2 yards per target (third-fewest) and have given up just three receiving touchdowns. In fact, the longest pass play they ever gave up was 24 yards. Flowers will likely continue to get targets and touches in all the ways the offense has allowed, but he'll have a harder time converting those into fantasy points, which is why he's in the low end for this WR2 competition.Alex Fischbein – RotoBaller
