Michigan man arrested in Ontario County as fugitive from justice – Finger Lakes Daily News

A traffic stop in Ontario County Saturday evening led to the arrest of a Michigan man who had a full extradition warrant out of Sandusky County, Ohio.

Musid Aljahmi was arrested without incident during a traffic stop on County Road 10 in the town of Hopewell after he was allegedly seen driving in the rain without his headlights on just before 10 p.m. Saturday evening.

Aljahmi was wanted in Ohio for marijuana possession and trafficking.

The 33-year-old was taken to the Ontario County Jail where he is awaiting extradition.

The fact that a defendant is accused of a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
