The first look shows a stunning 5-camera setup and a curved display!

The highly anticipated Huawei Mate 70 Pro is expected to launch in October or November, although the company has not officially confirmed the details yet. Recent leaks have given us our first look at the device, revealing the phone's design and, more interestingly, its five rear cameras.

The leaked live image shows a circular camera module with five sensors, a notable improvement over previous reports. The phone also features a curved display with volume rockers and the power button on the right side. The case has cutouts, probably for the SIM tray, microphone and possibly an IR blaster.

Technical specifications of the Huawei Mate 70 Pro

The Mate 70 Pro is rumored to come with the Kirin 9100 chipset and offer better performance than its predecessor, the Mate 60 Pro. According to reports, the device will initially have a 60-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 48-megapixel telephoto lens. However, since the new image shows five cameras, it is clear that the previous leaks may no longer be accurate.

For reference, the Huawei Mate 60 Pro featured a 6.82-inch Full HD+ OLED LTPO display, a 5000mAh battery, and 88W fast charging support. It also has an IP68 water and dust rating and runs HarmonyOS 4.0. The Mate 60 Pro offered 12GB of RAM and storage options of 256GB, 512GB and 1TB.

With these new details, the Huawei Mate 70 Pro seems ready to offer even more advanced features, especially with its improved camera system. Stay tuned for further updates as more information becomes available closer to the launch date.
