East Rochester woman arrested on Canandaigua warrant – Finger Lakes Daily News

An East Rochester woman was arrested over the weekend by the Ontario County Sheriff's Office on a Canandaigua Municipal Court warrant.

The criminal summons to arrest Briana Rossi stemmed from a domestic incident that occurred earlier in the city of Canandaigua. Rossi was charged with harassment.

Rossi is due back in Canandaigua Municipal Court at a later date to answer the charges

The fact that a defendant is accused of a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
