Sunday update

– Bryan and I will be back tonight to talk about the weekend's wrestling news and provide a rundown of the biggest shows. We have a lot of audio on the site because Garrett and I did three shows primarily on the McMahon documentary on Netflix. There's a lot of behind-the-scenes coverage, the making of the documentary, in-depth information about the stories covered, and more.

– Just as CW aired the WrestleMania documentary last night in a direct duel with Collision, they will air it on October 12th. on Saturday evening from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. a repeat of NXT will be broadcast in a direct duel with AEW WrestleDream. (Thanks to Paul Verlander)

– After FOX put out a press release last week that subtly criticized WWE, not by name, but by saying that the football game on the 20th did 81 percent better than the program they had in the time slot last year, Today's Fast Nationals were released by the press release A usual source claims that SmackDown beat FOX Football head-to-head despite the network advantage. Since the ratings aren't released until tomorrow, they used Fast Nationals without mentioning them, and forgetting about Fast Nationals for live sports is misleading because they often don't include the end of the game and always don't include West Coast viewership figures Live sporting event. The actual numbers will be released tomorrow afternoon. Also, the game they were talking about featured Washington, a West Coast team.

– Collision had some strange production issues last night. There was a mistimed commercial break, a recorded segment that began and ended with Okada a few times, and a graphical listing of the segment numbers on the screen.

– We're looking for coverage from tonight's WWE house show in Huntsville, AL, with results, finishes and highlights sent to [email protected]

Harrison has her second UFC fight against Ketlen Vieira on Saturday, with the winner likely getting the next title shot.

– Some notes on weekend games I’ve heard about. Not a long list. The trio's opening game for the title at the Arena Mexico show on Friday was very good, but I haven't seen the rest of the show yet. I heard that Shingo Takagi vs. Henare for the Never title, Douki vs. Yoshinobu Kanemaru for the IWGP Jr. title and David Finlay vs. Yoshi-Hashi for the Global title on today's Kobe show for New Japan all were great. The other match that received a lot of praise was tonight's DDT main event at the Korakuen Hall with Yuki Ueno & Mao & Kaisei Takeuchi (a mainstream star in his second match, a phenomenon in every sense of the word like Logan Paul) vs Chris Brookes & Takeshi Masaada & Masahiro Takanashi were also highly praised. Another fight we heard was very strong was Gunther vs. Ilja Dragunov and Cody Rhodes vs. AJ Styles from last night in Columbus, GA.

– Tomorrow's Raw in Evansville, IN: Bronson Reed vs. Braun Strowman as the final monster, Kofi Kingston vs. Chad Gable, Rey Mysterio vs. Xavier Woods and Domink Mysterio & Carlito & JD McDonah vs. Cruz Del Toro & Joaquin Wilde & Dragon lee

– XICW from last night in Clinton Township, MI: Solo b Alex Weir, AOD b KJ Reynolds, Great Tiger & Soultaker b CJ Cole & Noctambulo, Heather Blue b Stella Buho, Schwartzy DCOR Dre Jacobs, Malcolm Monroe III b Hoodfoot to keep the Midwest titles, Marcus Porter's TJ Meyer and Thomas Bailey and Royce Carney III, LaDon Sanders' Kyle Coleman, Devon Ryker's Aaron Orion, Mickie Knuckles' Randi West, Orlando Christopher's Tommy Vendetta win the Intense title, Jimmy Jacobs and Adam Wick & Maxximillian b DBA & Malcolm Monroe III & Caden Monroe (thanks to Leonard Brand)
