Air India crew 'drags' passenger off flight in viral video. Here's what happened

Disruptive behavior on flights often requires immediate intervention. A similar incident was recently caught on camera on an Air India Express flight from Surat to Bengaluru. A video circulating on X shows cabin crew “dragging” a passenger from the plane. She was reportedly uncomfortable sitting between two male passengers. According to a report, the person who recorded the video claimed that the woman pushed another passenger and mistreated the cabin crew. This chaotic situation resulted in a one-hour delay to the flight.

In the video, the woman expressed her discomfort by saying, “Guys this is my comfort nahi hun,” to which a flight crew member replied, “Thik hai ma'am hum change karte hain, bahar ajaiye aap pehle.” ( “Okay ma'am, we'll swap your seats, but first please step out.)” The passenger was heard saying, “Boys ke beech mein bithake merko deboard kar rahe ho, chodo mujhe.” (You let me get off while you Makes me sit between guys, let me go.)”

Sharing the video, the page wrote, “Kalesh b/w crew members and a female passenger on AIR India, last night STV to BLR.”

Reacting to the video, one user wrote, “I don't know why people get into the habit of causing conflict for no reason, be it on the street or in the air.”
