A multi-vehicle accident causes severe delays on I-95 near the Dolphin Expressway

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Florida – A multi-vehicle accident on southbound I-95 near Dolphin Expressway is causing significant traffic delays Monday morning.

Authorities said emergency crews arrived on scene, causing stop-and-go traffic back to Northwest 103rd Street.

The accident apparently involved several vehicles that blocked two right lanes. Four lanes were initially closed, but officials managed to reduce the closure to two lanes.

Traffic speeds in the area have dropped to just 10 miles per hour.

No roads are currently closed due to the accident. However, drivers are advised to be patient as delays continue to occur at key exits and connections in the area.
