Another large domino is about to fall off the board Darius Adamsthe No. 22 overall recruit in the class of 2025, has trimmed his list to just three finalists and will announce his college decision on Monday, September 30, live on 247Sports.

The 6-foot-5 shooting guard from La Lumiere School in La Porte (Ind.) is now down to just barely Michigan State, Tennessee and UConn.

He visited every school and canceled the trip there Alabama that was scheduled for this week.

As he enters the final days of his recruitment, Adams talked about the Spartans, Vols and Huskies.

Connecticut: “I feel like UConn makes its players better and they win, which is what sets me apart about UConn. They’re one of my top schools because they like bigger guards.”

Michigan State: “I like Michigan State because of the family atmosphere and the way they love and care for their players. Coach Izzo is a great coach and he has a great coaching staff as well. They are one of my top schools because I can make an immediate impact and be coached at the same time.”

Tennessee: “I really like the city of Knoxville and the coaching staff in Tennessee. Barnes is a fun and easy-going guy. I really got to know their players and saw what it was like for them day in and day out. I did too. “To see coach Barnes really care about his players, but at the same time coach them hard.”

Adams is a big guard with long arms who has great feel and IQ for the game, making him one of the best shooters in the country.

He is a sniper from deep, but also has more to offer, can attack closeouts and expands his ability to operate, score and play from the ball screen.

Adams will give one of his three finalists a big result on Monday.
