I-10 closed in Goodyear after accident

GOODYEAR, Ariz. – The westbound lanes of Interstate 10 near Loop 303 are closed following a crash, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The accident occurred around 7:30 p.m. ADOT officials said a tractor-trailer hit the barrier wall and was now leaking fuel.

No injuries were reported. Traffic is leaving Sarival Avenue as crews work on cleanup.

There is no estimated time to reopen the lanes, ADOT said. Drivers should exercise caution in the area and find an alternate route.
