The Smile 2 director says the sequel uses ideas that didn't make it into the first film – and he already has a plan for a third film

Smile 2 director Parker Finn says that even though the first film “exposed” the curse, we haven't seen anything yet.

“There was information that I had for myself that wasn't expressed in the first film and that I took this opportunity to incorporate into the new film. “So Smile 2 shows us new things,” Finn tells SFX magazine in the new issue, which features Terrifier 3 on the cover and hits newsstands October 2nd. “We felt like we had solved the secret in the first part, but we may have only drawn a single glass of water from the sea.”
