The coroner identifies the man who died after a crash at the Westwood intersection

A man who died in a crash in Westwood last week has been identified by the Hamilton County Coroner's Office. According to the coroner's office, the deceased was identified as Robert Czerwinski, 85, of Cincinnati. It happened at the intersection of Queen City Ave. and Boudinot Ave. Police said a car was traveling north on Boudinot Avenue and is believed to have run a red light before striking another car traveling east on Queen City Avenue. After the accident, the second car collided with a building at the intersection. According to police, Czerwinski was in the second car, a Toyota Camry. The driver of the car that ignored a red light, a 17-year-old, was taken to University Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. According to police, one of the vehicles involved may have been a rideshare vehicle. According to officials, a total of three people were hospitalized as a result of the accident.
