Another suspect was arrested for attempted robbery and murder

Another person was arrested in connection with an attempted murder and robbery in Manitowoc.

Manitowoc police say they have issued an arrest warrant for Oscar Rodriguez of Manitowoc after a man was shot and nearly robbed at the Viebahn Apartments last November.

Rodriguez was allegedly involved in the robbery along with Clarence Holder of Indianapolis.

Police say they conspired to rob the man at the apartment complex before things went wrong and the man escaped.

Last month, the U.S. Marshal's Service helped search for Rodriguez in the city of Newton during a traffic stop in which he was arrested.

During the traffic stop, police said they also arrested Stacy Culbert after a pound and a half of cocaine was found in the vehicle.

Both Rodriguez and Culbert were taken to the Manitowoc County Jail.

Holder is already in the Manitowoc County Jail facing attempted murder charges^stHomicide and attempted robbery.

It is unknown what charges the other two men are currently facing.
