Baltimore Police Department investigators have arrested 38-year-old Teresa Collins of Baltimore in connection with the murder that occurred on September 22 in the Western District.

Investigators learned that Collins shot 33-year-old Jasmine Simuel in the 2700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

On September 26, investigators arrested Collins, who was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility where she was charged with first-degree murder. Collins is currently being held without bail.
