Former Kentucky sheriff faces trial in killing of judge

Someone was heard saying, “Help, help.” A former Kentucky sheriff accused of killing a judge is in court Tuesday afternoon. Mickey Stines of Letcher County is charged with murder in the death of District Judge Kevin Mullins. That was him. He was shot several times in his rooms last month. Stine has a preliminary hearing Tuesday afternoon. Watch it live in the player above. He was arraigned via video last week, and Tuesday will be his first actual courtroom appearance.
