THE LAST DANCE rumor reveals details about Knull's plan and who isn't playing the villain

Venom: The Last Dance has gone from being a film that most fans could either watch or leave to one of the most intriguing comic book adaptations of the year.

The presence of Knull, the god of symbiotes, in the last trailer was a real shock and suggested that there will be a lot more at stake in this film than expected. Then there are rumors that it could lead directly to this Spider Man 4 for a team between Tom Holland's Peter Parker and Tom Hardy's Venom.

The cosmic circus Alex Perez is the one who started this particular rumor, and now he's pointing it out to comic book readers Web of Venom: Carnage Born One-Shot if you're curious about what Knull is up to.

In this issue, Cletus Kasaday's corpse is bonded to part of Knull's symbiote through a cult that worships the King in Black. A new, monstrous carnage is born, but we don't think Perez is referring to it.

Instead, it's likely the fact that Knull needs the Codexes, pieces of Symbiote left behind in previous hosts, to complete his suit, awaken, and rejoin the Hive as leader. With that in mind, the Xenophages were likely sent to Earth to kill Eddie so they could reclaim the symbiote – which would be a little easier for the franchise – and free their master from his prison.

This is likely why Toxin has come into the crosshairs, not to mention the other symbiotes we've discovered Venom: The Last Dance's trailer.

Amazingly, there is still less than a month to go Venom: The Last Dance is coming to theaters, we still don't know who plays Knull. A popular suggestion was The walking deadThis is Norman Reedus.

It would be an interesting role for the actor, but Scooper @MyTimeToShineH says it's neither him Spider Man 3 Star Topher Grace plays the King in Black from the threequel …

Venom: The Last Dance hits theaters on October 25th.
