2 arrested and accused of trafficking underage girls in Oklahoma

A human trafficking investigation led to two arrests in Oklahoma on Tuesday, authorities said.

The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics said the human trafficking unit arrested Tony Ray Polly and Latavia Sharay Robins at an apartment in Oklahoma City.

They are accused of trafficking two underage girls.

“OBN's investigation confirmed evidence that Polly and Robins would place advertisements featuring the youths on commercial sex websites and arrange appointments with the clients and these youthful victims at an apartment in the metropolitan northwest,” said OBN spokesman Mark Woodward.

According to OBN, both are in custody on multiple charges related to human trafficking. The victims have been rescued and are receiving help.

Citizens and victims can report suspected human trafficking anonymously or find resources on the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics website.
