Sierra McGowne arrested for assault in the presence of a child


Plymouth Police Department officers responded to the 200 block of North Plum Street on Monday evening, September 30thTh, for reporting a domestic dispute.

During Officer Baker's investigation, it was determined that a felony battery had occurred in the presence of a minor.

Sierra McGowen, 26, with an address on Westgate Avenue, was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. She was charged with domestic violence in the presence of a minor and held on $1,500 bond.
